Boss, how much for 50 cartons of A4 copier paper? Can deliver tomorrow?
Hello! A4 copier paper (80gsm), 50 cartons: RM 18.50 each, total RM 925.00. We can deliver tomorrow morning within the Klang Valley. Shall I prepare a formal quotation?
Tap a question to see how the AI handles it:
2 weeks and 8–12 weeks are typical project timelines; the written plan after diagnosis is what counts.
About 95% of enterprise AI pilots deliver no measurable business impact.
The problem is rarely that the AI isn't smart enough. It's that nobody wires it into the real workflow, the real data and the staff's daily routine. That is exactly what a forward-deployed engineer does.

Bought a system, nobody uses it
You paid for software, but staff still live in Excel and WhatsApp groups. The system became furniture.
Data scattered everywhere
Orders in WhatsApp, stock in Excel, accounts in the accounting software. The boss waits days for one number.
Want AI, don't know where to start
You've tried ChatGPT, but don't know how to plug it into the business — and don't feel safe handing it customer data.

- About a third of Malaysian SMEs still run the business on spreadsheets, and many juggle five or more WhatsApp work groups at once. — Kintone Malaysia SME survey, 2025
Outsourcing delivers code. FDE delivers results.
FDE stands for Forward Deployed Engineer. The model was pioneered by the US data company Palantir, and through 2025–2026 AI companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic have been building out their own FDE teams.
The idea is simple: instead of waiting for a requirements document from afar, the engineer sits inside your company, sees how the work is actually done, then builds the system, gets it used, and makes the results measurable.
We embed, we build together, and we don't leave until it's live and in daily use.See how we work

The frozen goods just arrived and the thermometer shows -12°C. Can I accept them?
No. Frozen goods are only accepted at -15°C or colder. Take a photo of the temperature, tap “Reject” in the system, then inform purchasing.
The supplier says I can sign now and they'll send the invoice tomorrow. OK?
The company documents don't cover this, so I won't guess. I've passed it to your manager, Mei Ling — she'll reply to you.

How is this different from normal software outsourcing?
Outsourcing delivers code; we deliver results. A typical vendor finishes when the requirements document is built. Our engineer first works inside your company to see the process, the data and the people, and after launch stays to train and tune until the system is genuinely used every day and the results can be measured.
Roughly how much does it cost?
The diagnosis is free; we quote one-to-one after it. Every company's workflow, data and people are different, so we only give a reliable number once we've seen what needs changing. The quote is broken down — core system, on-site engineering, maintenance, usage-based costs — and you can start with just the most painful workflow.
How soon will I see results?
You get a roadmap within the 2-week diagnosis phase. Taking one workflow from zero to live usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, and your staff try it along the way rather than waiting for a big reveal on the last day.
We have no IT department. Can we still do this?
Yes. Most of the companies we work with have no IT department — that's the point of being on-site. Our engineer is your temporary IT department, trains your staff, leaves proper documentation, then maintains the system monthly.
Is it safe to put customer data into AI?
Your data stays on your own server or account, not ours. The AI only reads the part it needs to answer. We handle personal data under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, and the contract spells out who can see what, and for how long.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. When the project ends, the source code, database and documentation are all handed to you with no lock-in. If you later choose not to keep us on for maintenance, anyone else can take over.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. After diagnosis we pick the most painful workflow that is quickest to show results, take it live in 8–12 weeks, and you decide on the next department once you've seen it work.
Which AI do you use?
It depends on the job. Customer conversations, reading documents and writing summaries use established large-model APIs such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI; for steps where data must not leave your premises we can run a model on your own server. We'll explain the cost and limits of each option during diagnosis.

We'll look at it for free: can AI fix it, is it worth doing, and roughly how long it takes. No hard sell — decide after the call.
