Demos

See how AI handles these workflows

The six demos below are role-play with demo data: they show what it looks like once built around your workflow. They are not off-the-shelf software and not real clients. Each covers three things: how the work is done today, how it works after, and which numbers we use to tell whether it worked. Further down are real recordings of a system we built, and at the bottom, published examples of the same approach from other companies, with sources.

A customer asks for a price on WhatsApp — how does the AI quote, and who handles discount requests?

The AI runs on your company WhatsApp number. It prices from your price list and credit-term rates and drafts the quotation; sales confirms before it goes out. Anything outside your rules, such as extra discounts or complaints, it never promises itself: it hands over to sales with the chat history.

TodaySales staff look up price lists and work out discounts by hand, then reply one by one — customers wait half a day when it's busy.
AfterThe AI understands the enquiry, looks up prices, drafts the quotation, and sales confirms and sends with one tap.

Boss, 100 cartons of 1.5L mineral water — what's my credit-term price? Can you deliver to Klang tomorrow?

AI auto-reply

Hi Mr Tan! 1.5L mineral water (12 bottles), 100 cartons at your credit-term price of RM 9.80 each: RM 980.00 in total. We can deliver to Klang tomorrow morning. I've sent the quotation to sales to confirm.

Can you give 5% more discount?

AI auto-reply

Extra discounts are decided by sales. I've passed your request and the quote to Jason — he'll WhatsApp you directly.

New staff have a question — how do they get an answer without calling the manager every time?

Put your SOPs, product manuals, prices and company rules into an AI assistant that only reads your own documents. Staff ask on their phone; answers come only from those documents, with the document and clause shown. If it isn't in the documents, it doesn't guess: it passes the question to the manager and logs it so you can fill the gap.

TodayNew hires phone the manager with every question; the manager is interrupted all day and the answers differ each time.
AfterStaff ask the AI on their phone; answers come only from the company's own SOPs and documents, with the source shown.

The frozen goods just arrived and the thermometer shows -12°C. Can I accept them?

AI assistant

No. Frozen goods are only accepted at -15°C or colder. Take a photo of the temperature, tap “Reject” in the system, then inform purchasing.

The supplier says I can sign now and they'll send the invoice tomorrow. OK?

AI assistant

The company documents don't cover this, so I won't guess. I've passed it to your manager, Mei Ling — she'll reply to you.

Still typing in supplier invoices one by one? How does AI read the details and hand them to your accountant?

Staff snap or forward the invoice into the system. The AI reads the supplier, invoice number, date, each line item, SST and total, and turns it into a record for review. Anything blurry or uncertain is highlighted for the accountant to confirm, and only then saved to your accounting software. Nothing is posted automatically.

TodayThe accountant keys in supplier invoices one by one and works late at month-end to reconcile.
AfterSnap or forward the invoice; the AI reads the line items, highlights anything unclear for the accountant to confirm, then imports into the accounting software.

Can each outlet's POS and the money actually received be matched automatically every day?

After closing each day, the system lines up every outlet's POS records against the money actually received (bank credits, e-wallets and cash deposits) by date and amount. Matches are ticked; mismatches show how much and which transaction, and anything above your threshold triggers a WhatsApp alert to the owner that night.

TodayEach outlet's POS, delivery platforms and bank statements live separately; the owner only learns which outlet is losing money at month-end.
AfterAfter closing each day the system lines up the numbers automatically and WhatsApps the owner that night if a gap exceeds the threshold.

Patients forget their appointments? How does the system remind them and follow up on no-shows?

The system sends a WhatsApp reminder a day before each appointment. If the patient replies to reschedule, it offers open slots, updates the schedule and frees up the old slot. No-shows go onto a follow-up list, so the front desk can send a greeting and new slots in one tap.

TodayThe front desk phones reminders by hand, misses some when busy, and nobody follows up no-shows.
AfterThe system sends WhatsApp reminders and reschedule links on schedule; no-shows are listed automatically for one-tap follow-up.

Custom orders wait days for an engineer to price them? How can the system let sales price them first?

When a customer sends a drawing or requirements, sales enters a few parameters: material, thickness, quantity and lead time. The system prices it from today's material rates and labour templates, and pulls up prices from similar past jobs as a reference. The engineer reviews, adjusts or confirms, and the formal quotation is issued.

TodayA customer asks for a quote; sales chases engineers for material and labour estimates, days go by and the deal goes cold.
AfterSales enters a few parameters; the system prices from material and labour templates and the engineer only reviews.

See the system we built for a licensed moneylending company

This is the customer management and collection system we built for a licensed moneylending company in Malaysia. It runs on phone and computer, and the company's staff use it every day. The three clips below are real screen recordings with demo data, not that company's real customers or amounts. They show the Chinese interface; the system also runs in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Klarna (Swedish payments company). Announced in February 2024: in its first month, its AI assistant handled 2.3 million conversations, about two-thirds of customer service chats, and cut average resolution time from 11 minutes to under 2. In May 2025, its CEO told Bloomberg that cost-cutting in customer service had gone too far and that customers should always be able to choose a real person.

  • Telstra (Australian telecoms company). Published in April 2026: its internal AI assistant AskTelstra helps 8,000+ front-line staff find answers faster, cutting average customer call time by over a minute.

What we borrow:Answers come only from the company's own documents, so staff stop chasing people for answers.

  • Medtronic (US medical device company). Uses AI to pull material information and part numbers from engineering drawings (built by IBM Consulting on Microsoft generative AI). Published in 2024: up to 90% accuracy on key material information and over 85% on part numbers.

What we borrow:AI reading documents isn't 100% accurate, so anything uncertain must be confirmed by a person.

  • A brick-and-mortar retailer in shopping malls (China, anonymous). A case compiled by Datawhale: AI automatically checks outlet till records, mall settlement statements and paper slips, and staff only handle the differences the AI flags. Reconciliation went from one or two person-days per cycle to a few hours.

What we borrow:Let the system match first; people only look at what doesn't match.

  • A custom-manufacturing company (China, anonymous). A case compiled by Datawhale: AI reads drawings into structured data and generates quotes from the company's materials, process and past-pricing rules; people calibrate before anything goes out. Quoting workload fell by at least 50%.

What we borrow:The system drafts the numbers; a person checks before the customer sees them.
